How does the free tier work?
Free is real. Your clinic gets listed in the Sehtak directory, you receive bookings from the patient app, and you can add up to 3 doctors. Sehtak takes 5% on bookings that came through the patient app. Direct bookings (your own patients) are 0%. Free, forever.
What’s the 30-day trial on paid plans?
Pick any paid tier: Starter, Growth, Pro, or Pro AI. Use it free for 30 days. No card required. We collect for month 2 only if you decide to stay. Cancel any time in the first 30 days and you pay nothing.
Why is annual billing cheaper?
Annual billing saves up to 17%. Month-to-month works too. There’s no minimum term on month-to-month, so leave whenever you want. Enterprise is the only tier with a required 12-month contract.
Do I have to switch from my current EMR?
No. Sehtak starts in Shadow Mode. Your existing EMR keeps doing what it does. Sehtak layers AI Scribe, reception, WhatsApp, and booking on top. After 60-90 days most clinics ask to switch to Live Assist. Some keep both. Your choice.
Is the AI Scribe really AI?
Yes, end-to-end. Doctor speaks → Whisper transcribes Arabic + English → Qwen 2.5 72B drafts a structured SOAP note. Doctor reviews and approves. Typically 3-5 seconds from stop-recording to draft. Self-hosted on UAE infrastructure. Patient audio never leaves the country.
Insurance claims: do you submit to DHPO?
Sehtak prepares the DHPO and Shafafiya XML automatically. Direct auto-submission requires per-facility activation with the regulator, subject to your licence. Until then, Sehtak hands you a ready-to-submit file. Once your facility is activated, submission becomes one click.
What about NABIDH and Malaffi?
Same Shadow Mode pattern. Sehtak generates the HL7 v2.5.1 (NABIDH) and FHIR R4 (Malaffi) messages. Your existing EMR keeps submitting until per-facility SIT clears, where applicable to your licence. After SIT, Sehtak can become the primary submitter at your option.
Where does my patient data live?
UAE region only. We comply with Federal Law 2/2019 (ICT Health Law) and PDPL (Federal Decree-Law 45/2021). Never in the US, never in the EU. The AI inference also runs inside the UAE. Qwen and Whisper are self-hosted, never on a public cloud LLM.
Can I add or remove doctors mid-month?
Yes. Each tier has a doctor count included (3 in Starter, 5 in Growth, 10 in Pro, 15 in Pro AI). You can add extra doctors as add-ons per tier. If you grow past the cap, you move up a tier. The Free tier has a hard 3-doctor cap with no add-ons.
What if I run multiple facilities?
Pro AI includes 3 facilities. Pharmacy Pro includes up to 3 branches (extra branches AED 799/month each). Groups with 4+ facilities go to Enterprise: multi-facility dashboard, shared patient records, single billing relationship.
What support do I get?
Email and WhatsApp during onboarding (first 30 days). After go-live: WhatsApp support with a dedicated success manager. Critical issues get a phone callback or on-site visit within 4 hours on Pro+.
